You can use Fabric Cleaner such as Astonish Fabric Cleaner/Meguiars upholstery cleaner to clean Fabric/mesh chairs. For chairs with Synthetic Leather/Leather cover, you can use Cololite to clean them.
To use Cololite, apply it on the stained area and rub it with a Microfiber cloth. Make sure to read the instructions and test it on a small part of the chair first to ensure that the cleaner is safe and will not damage the chair's material (fabric, mesh, leather). -
Clean the chair regularly, at least once a week.
Use a Microfiber/soft brush or Vacuum Cleaner to remove light dirt from the chair. To avoid material damage, keep the chair away from chemicals or liquids that may damage the material.

For personal purchases, the estimated delivery time within the JADETABEK area is approximately 2-4 business days. In the event of any delivery delays, we will promptly contact you.

Yes, the product we send to JADETABEK area is already installed, so you can use our product immediately.
For areas outside JADETABEK, the product sent is not installed yet, but we will provide a manual instruction (along with an assembly video). -

Outside JADETABEK area: shipping costs vary, depending on the destination area. -
Before the item is shipped, you will receive a notification from our delivery team to ensure that you can receive the item at the designated place.

We will provide a recommendation based on our matrix specification that matches your height and weight.

For school children, we usually recommend the Owen, Sergio, or Marino series chairs. However, please provide information regarding the child's height and weight.

We have several options for chairs with a footrest, such as the Beckham, Cassano, Diego, Ozil, Sancho, and Toura series.

Purchased or delivered products cannot be exchanged or returned. Exchange can only be made for products that are defective and still within the warranty period, in accordance with the warranty terms.

To make a warranty claim, you only need to provide detailed photos of the damage to the chair, photos of the official warranty label, and write a descriptive chronology of the damage in the official store chat column or our official business WhatsApp (Customer Care: +62 815-7486-7777 )

Stramm will ensure and decide whether the claimed product or component is covered by the warranty terms. Defective products that are still within the warranty period will be repaired and replaced with the same product. During the warranty period, repair costs, spare parts, and travel expenses will be the responsibility of Stramm in accordance with the applicable warranty terms. The replaced parts or components will become the property of Stramm. If the Stramm product for a certain model is no longer sold (discontinued), Stramm will decide on a suitable replacement.
