STRAMM WARRANTY: COMMITMENT TO QUALITY AND RELIABILITY


At Stramm, we pride ourselves on delivering office furniture that combines exceptional design with durability. Our products are crafted to meet the highest standards, ensuring they stand the test of time. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. To safeguard your investment, we provide a warranty.

Warranty Coverage: We provide a 2 (two) years warranty on all new genuine Stramm products, starting from the date of delivery. Stramm provides a warranty for components that are damaged due to production defects. Every Stramm product comes with the warranty labels at the bottom of the product you have purchased.

WARRANTY POLICY

This warranty policy applies to the relationship between PT Hema Medhajaya (Stramm) and our customers who place orders directly with Stramm or through our official partners.

SEATING
Our warranty ensures coverage for the essential components of our seating products. This includes the frame, mechanism, gas lift, castor, footbase, and armrest.

STORAGE, DESK & TABLES
Our warranty covers production defects in materials and function on all main components of our furniture products. This includes the structural frame, hinge, rail, and locking system.

HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE DESK
Our warranty covers production defects in materials and function on all main components of our height adjustable desk products. This includes the motor, controller and power supply.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:
  • Foam and upholstery cover (leather, synthetic leather, fabric, mesh).
  • Products that are stored, moved, assembled or installed improperly, except where installation was completed by Stramm or Stramm authorized partner.
  • Products that are used inappropriately, abused, modified, or cleaned with incorrect methods or cleaning products (alcohol, detergent, etc).
  • Discoloration of materials caused by stains, inks, or sunlight exposure.
  • Damage due to improper storage condition (high humidity, outdoor exposure, etc.)
  • Damage resulting from misuse, cuts, scratches, or impacts due to negligence.
  • Damage caused by accidents, including impacts occurring after the purchase.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized attempts to repair or modify products.
  • Damage and stains caused by pets.

WARRANTY CLAIM
To make a warranty claim, please provide the following:
  • Photo of the warranty sticker and Stramm official sticker located underneath the product.
  • Photo and video of the damaged or claimed component.
  • Photo of the full product.
  • Chronological description of the issue.
  • Submit the warranty claim form or whatsapp to our customer care (contact number)
    CLAIM POLICY
    Stramm will determine whether a claimed product or component will be repaired or replaced according to our warranty terms. The warranty applies solely to the specific part of the product under complaint, not to the entire product or associated shipping costs. Replaced parts or components will become the property of Stramm. If a product model is discontinued, Stramm will decide on an appropriate replacement, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

    EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY
    Products that have been purchased or have arrived at the customer cannot be exchanged or returned. Replacement can only be made for components that have problems, in accordance with the terms of the warranty, and are still within the warranty period.
